Born in Bristol UK to Jamaican parents from the Windrush generation, Sauda Kyalambuka is an experienced, qualified primary school teacher with a degree in English Literature, NEU Bristol President and Honorary Associate Researcher with Bristol University.

Sauda has been a community activist and advocate for equality, human rights and justice for all of her adult life leading her to become associated with many community groups and organisations over the years.

Sauda serves as treasurer and served as AVFs Chair from 2012-2014. Sauda brings strong governance skills to AVF and her ambitions is to see it continue to work with all stakeholders to advance the aims and objectives of AVF.
