Christian is a Chartered I&C Engineer, Senior Project Manager with 20 year professional experience working in the heavily regulated Nuclear Energy Sector.
He has have experience of leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams with responsibilities for making Best for Project decisions considering the competing needs of multiple complex contracts. As a highly motivated person who works well in a group but enjoys a degree of independence, setting and implementing strategies to achieve Group objectives, Christian has the ability to influence both strategy and tactics for projects as I’m used to managing several external and internal interfaces up to senior management and regulators. I’m able to drive projects, tasks, teams and others to achieve my goals taking into account the big picture.
Christian is driven by my own aspirations and the requirement of a given role as much as he is committed to high professional standards as a Chartered Engineer with the IET (MIET CEng). He enjoys discharging the various responsibilities associated with his past and current positions, and continues to demonstrate on a day to day basis effective leadership values. He is used to making effective decisions under potentially ambiguous circumstances to ensure timely delivery of high priority work, taking timely and appropriate actions when needed recognising the potential impact of his decisions, particularly in relation to Nuclear Safety.
Outside the professional world, Christian has had several leadership positions in Cameroonian Associations in London and in Bristol including the current position of Chairman of the Bristol Cameroonian Association (BCA). he portrays a high resilience to stress, communicating well and effectively in both French and English.
