Samuel was born and grew up in Tema– Ghana and now resides in Bristol with his wife and three kids. He moved from Edinburgh to Bristol in 2013 and now calls Bristol his home away from Ghana. He is a proud Ghanaian and leads the Ghana Community Bristol (GCB) organisation as its President / Chair. Professionally Samuel is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Fellow of Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and also serves as IMechE Industrial Advisor.
He is also a registered European Professional Engineer with FEANI, an organisation approved EU parliament which validates qualifications, competency and experience of professional engineers to allow them to work anywhere in EU member states. Samuel has over 30 years of professional and senior leadership experience globally in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG and manufacturing industries, directing multi- million pound engineering projects and programmes for organic growth and innovation. He is very passionate about African diaspora affairs and mentoring.
